Aleon Dakota is an anthropomorphic Dakotaraptor. He has lived his whole life in Tethys City. As a child, he was very interested in marine life. He would often go to the shore with his parents to see what sea life could be found. They mostly saw trilobites, ammonites and sabre-toothed salmon. On rare occasions, they would spot plesiosaurs migrating. He wanted to be a marine biologist as an adult. However, as a teen, he heard about a robbery on the news where 3 people were killed. It saddened him, to think that the police were unable to save them in time. If only there could've been someone who could get there quickly and defeat the criminals. Someone like a vigilante... From that point forward, he began training. He took martial art classes and started lifting weights. By the time he moved to college, he had decided to become a vigilante.
